On 7 night or longer cruises on the Magic and Wonder, there is a character breakfast. It is held on sea days in Parrot Cay and you are assigned a day based on your dining rotation. It is not on the Dream or the Fantasy.
Animators Palate, on the Dream and Fantasy, does have an interactive chat with Crush from Finding Nemo.
