Are the character breakfasts hard to get? Since I've been searching for character dining ADRs I have only seen maybe 2 after 100s of searches. Unfortunately, I am very late trying to get these.

1900 park fair and Crystal Palace should not be hard unless you are looking on a holiday week. Crystal palace is Pooh and friends and 1900 is Cinderella and family

Of course those are two of the ones I'm not really interested in. May consider Crystal Palace though. Not really interested in 1900 because I have a little boy. Thanks for your insight, though!!

What about the pirate adventure instead of dining. They can do pirate make-up for cheap at the bippity boppity boutique if it is not included in the Pirate League Adventure

1900 pf is actually a lot of fun for boys! My boys ask to go back every trip . The step sisters make a big deal over the boys. They are hysterical! It's our families must do and we don't have any girls with us!

I thought 1900 Park Faire breakfast was Alice in Wonderland and Mary Poppins? I could be wrong.

Sorry I misread your post. I must have been blind or tired! I didn't see you were looking at breakfast adrs. Cinderella and the step sisters are at dinner! Sorry! Breakfast is really good too! The mad hatter is usually pretty funny! Cp is better for breakfast though!

It does take a lot of persistence, but you can definitely find any character meal...eventually! We booked our trip less than 60 days out and I've been able to find Hollywood & Vine, Cape May, Ohana, Tusker House, and Garden Grill (dinner) character meals, and in my searches I've even seen Chef Mickey pop up a few times. As your date gets closer, more people tend to cancel, so even in the last week or 2...or DAYS before you can probably find one! Good luck! pixiedust:

It's worth it, I took my son when he was younger and he had a blast at most of them. Always found lots of food to stuff him full, especially at breakfast. Some of his fav's were 'Ohana (he loved Stitch) and Cape May Cafe(This is my fav). 1900 PF is awesome but I've only done dinner, if you get a chance to do that one, it's really good. The step sisters at dinner is totally worth the whole night.

I booked all of our ressies 180 days out and with a larger family of 6 - I really can't find anything to switch up - even if I wanted. I am still hoping to find a princess meal for 2 and having no luck so far. Just keep trying, I know I do!! Good luck!

I honestly think that all of the character breakfasts are VERY hard to get after the 180 day window. We had no problem last year but we called right when the phones opened up at our 180 day mark. This year we booked dining after the 180 days and not a lot availablilty. The character meals go quick! They are very popular. I was able to snag an early Akershus breakfast just the other day for our trip in just a few weeks from now! This place has been booked solid for months! I also just scored an early 1900 Park Fare dinner. I follow the cancellation threads everyday! They really help!

The closer your trips gets, more becomes available! :thumbsup2

Our kids loved Crystal Palace for breakfast. They had a vague idea who the Pooh characters were but they aren't ones we've really exposed them to much yet so I wasn't sure how it would go, but they still got excited for all of them. Our 5 year old son was really excited for Tigger. If you can nab one of the pre-opening spots it is also nice to go down main street without the crowds. We booked our trip at about 50 days out and were able to get an 8:45 reservation that popped up randomly a few days after we booked, so definitely second those who say to just keep checking.
