We will be staying at BWV for the week of October 1st - 7th. We want to take our daughter to a character breakfast - wondered if there are any in Epcot - or what people think are the best ones to do. Our daughter will be two and a half.

Thanks
Eric

There is a great Princess breakfast in Norway...Epcot. Its walking distance or a boat ride from BWV. My DD's love this one and we will do it again in November.

There is also the Goofy's Character Breakfast at the Beach Club. We've done that one once, it is a buffet.

Thanks for both suggestions. How do we book them? Would I need to call now, and will DVC member services help with these?

Thanks
Eric

Not usre if MS books these......probably do. We called the 800 #. I would start booking now...you can always cancell if neeed be. But the character dining tends to book quick. The other one is the Fantasmic dining package at MGM. Its a great show if the little one can stay awake.

I've also done it once and would highly recommend it. It's only a 5 minute walk over from BWV. Great food, character interaction.

Thanks - we will definitely book this one, being so close!

Enjoy your trip - just two weeks - I am jealous!

We've done this one, too. Goofy, Minnie and Chip were there, dressed in their beach wear! Very cute!

Another vote for Cafe May Cafe at the Beach Club. The food and character interaction is good. The princess breakfast in Norway is so so. If your daughter is "into" princesses, it's cute with most of the little girls dressing up. The food is not very good and although you can get more food, it's not as easy since it's served family style.

We have been to the breakfast at Cape May several times and have really enjoyed it. For your daughter, I might go late in the morning when it is not so crowded. Some toddlers are scared of the characters and may do better in a quieter atmosphere.

The number to book dining is 407-WDW-DINE

I also vote for Cape May though it was great.

Garden Grove Cafe at the Swan/Dolphin resorts (also in walking distance of the BWV) has a Disney character breakfast on Saturdays.

This is the one I was going to recommend. It is nice and subdued -- especially if you are unsure how your little one will be with the characters.

We've never done the Cape May one, but have heard good things about it.
We've done Akershus for lunch but not breakfast. The characters were great, but the food in our opinion was blech. Perhaps the breakfast food is better?

Thanks for all the suggestions - I just booked the Cape May Cafe Character breakfast at the Beach Club based on all the positive responses. We may still do Norway, not sure yet.

Thanks for all your posts!

We stayed at BWV in March and had no idea how close EPCOT, BCV, MGM and YC were so we did our character breakfast at Chef Mickey's. It was very nice. If we stay at BWV again we'll definitely do the Cape May Buffet at BC based on your responses.! Thanks.
