The characters usually appear on either of the two lawns and you have to go seek them out. If the character phone line is still down, cast members in purple shirts can tell you the schedule.

Thanks. We weren't on either of the lawns and only saw them on the bridge. My kids weren't that into characters this time so it was fine. The Max+Goofy combo as chefs at the breakfast were super cute though!

I have to say - our breakfast was good! My husband kept commenting on how good the coffee was, and our entrees were all really good, and large portions. We had the cinnamon bun french toast, pancakes with vanilla macadamia syrup, loco moco, and kalua pork omelette. Plus the fruit and bakery stuff before the meal. Better food than the buffet we had a few years ago.
