Character breakfast with Donald?

Is the breakfast with Donald at the Animal Kingdom?

Has anyone been and is it worth it?

My daughter loves Donald and it would be nice to go, does anyone have any pictures?

As you can see Donald is at Tusker House which is in AK. We have done lunch here and really enjoyed it - but I dont know about breakfast.

We attended breakfast at AK last April. DH, DS(11) and myself. We had one of the earlier reservation times, we walked right through til you are stopped by cast members to pose with Donald. You are able to have them use your camera but they also have a photographer there. We were then shown to our table. The food was absolutely delicious!!! They had a huge array of everything! The characters were entertaining as well. Daisy kept kissing DS, until his face was red, but he was a good sport and soaked it all up. The only disapointing aspect was the fact that Donald doesn't come around to the tables, you only see him outside.

This is a must for us when we go in November!

I wasn't keen personally, but I must stress I am not a breakfast person and I am a vegetarian, so there wasn't a great deal foodwise for me. It was somewhere I was planning on dropping for our next trip when we only go for 7 days. However, it was the first place that both my boys asked to go to, they love it. And they do have Krispy Kreme doughnuts on the sweet buffet section.

we did it last year too - it was just a couple of days before my birthday so I got a card and a cake etc which was cute. DP is veggie and found loads they were happy to eat. We don't have kids, but I remember them getting them all up to dance. Donald is only at the entrance and there is a big push to get the photos - you can't add them to photopass - but CM was more than happy to take our pic on my camera

mickey, daisy and goofy inside ... daisy was especially chuffed that my tshirt had her on it!

we enjoyed it, I'd do it again - but want to try some other character meals first

Hi Donald appears at Cape May Cafe at the BC or YC (next door to each other so we have a wander around them both!!!) We love the breakfast here and go back every year, it is a buffet style with a decent choice, my DD is normally that excited that it is hard to get her to eat anything!! Donald always makes a fuss of us all as do the other characters and signs his autograph number 1!!! Minnie, Goofy also appear and sometimes when we have been Chip and Dale but I don't seem to remeber them being there last year, I'll have to get the photos out

Being a big Donald fan this has always been a must for us and was disappointed when on our last trip in September 2009 we couldn't get ressies as the trip was booked last minute. Have been several times before though and Donald always came round so it's disappointing to hear that has stopped. Mind you I heard that Mickey had stopped going to tables at Chef Mickey and was just posing for photos at the entrance but that has stopped now and he now does table visits again so hopefully Donald does the same! Never had a problem with the food either, was probably our favourite buffet.

Donald was always at Chef Mickeys too for breakfast, lunch and dinner so that is worth a go if you can get in!
