Ok I am done thinking about this - my head hurts! lol Tell me if this makes sense.... go in for MM on a Tuesday morning, and get a good 3 hours or so in of rides, and then do a later character breakfast after that? Or is it much better to just book a character breakfast for first thing in the morning, on whatever day?

I don't think it matters. Both are good options :)

We often have brunch at Minnie's *in the park* after our MM ~ we make a reservation between 10:30am-11am ~ the retaurant is pretty empty but is full of characters. So MM from 8am-9am ~ collect our 1st FP at 9am, collect a 2nd at 9:45am - riding rides in between, we may even have time to grab a 3rd FP depending on when our meal is *we've been known to send someone on a FP run while we're eating *Space is close to the Plaza ;)

I am thinking of going on a MM we are not using, and go at regular park time (it opens at 8, and we'll get there for 8ish) and making Breakfast reservations for like 10:30. Do you think that would work ok?

:thumbsup2 Make sure you collect 2 sets of FPs prior to dining at Minnie's!

Makes sense. The other option is to an out of park Character meal (Goofy's or Surf's Up or Storytellers) on a day the park opens later, and go before park open. Then you don't spend any park time eating with characters!

It sounds like you have one MM pass, but are there are two MM days while you are there. If thats the case, here's what I would do. On the MM day you plan to use, do rides and a quick grab-n-go type breakfast. On the other MM day, book a Minnie's breakfast DURING MM. You don't need to have a pass to do this. There is a special gate you enter (all the way on the most left gate as your looking at the DL gates), give them you name and the time of your ressie. They walk you to the resturant. Have breakfast, enjoy. Then when you're done, leave the resturant and enjoy the parks.:thumbsup2

That really does make the most sense. But that's soooo early! LOL. We aren't early people so this is so hard for us!

We really enjoy having brunch after a magic morning, around 10:30 or so. We are tired by then and ready for a break. We eat outside, at Cafe Orleans or Riverbelle Terrace.
