Character breakfast before park opens?

I know at disney parks you can enter the park early if you have ADRs for breakfast.

What about if you wanted to do the character breakfast at IOA? Can you enter the park early?

No...the character breakfast at Confisco Grille starts at 9am which is usually park opening except during busy seasons. In busy seasons IOA opens at 8am in which case you would be entering earlier than the breakfast.
