Character Breakfast @ 1900 Park Fare- How long can I put off making a PS?

I'm running into an itinerary crisis. I had the perfect plan and was ready to call for our PS for the CB at 1900 Park Fare and then......I heard about Media Events planned for Epcot and MK on 10/8 and 10/9 (opening of MS and Mickey's Philharmagic). Now my plan is all in a turmoil as I change days around to avoid these days. So while I re-organize my itinerary, the burning question in the back of my head is: How long can I wait before it's too late to get a PS for the CB at 1900 Park Fare?

You could always make one and change it if necessary or wait and call the day before when you are down there. Just keep in mind that it is a character meal and WDW Dining CMs will suggest this breakfast when Chef Mickey's or 'Ohana gets full.

You may be able to wait a while but you may not have your pick of times. If you wait until the last minute you might have to settle for 10:45am or something.

I agree, you could always make one now and cancel later if you need to.

I would agree, make one now and if you need to cancel it you can always do it later.
