I am currently a disney cast member, and I was wondering if anyone had an idea on the lengths of wait lists, like are they really long? I was put on the character attendant wait list. Also for the current character attendants, what is your favorite part about the role? Thanks

I know the FT list is on the long side (don't know about the others). My favorite part about being a CA is being able to pick up shifts in all 4 parks, and all the interaction with guests

thanks, yeah i'm trying to transfer to part time so hopefully it won't be too long. and thanks for the insight, those are two big reasons why i want to transfer to character attendant.

My favorite part about my role is all of the guests I get to meet everyday at work. You're in a position with a TON of guest interaction, both with kids and adults. It's awesome talking to families for a few minutes while they are waiting in line, and then getting to watch the kids' faces light up when they finally get their turn to meet the character they are waiting for.
