When and where are the meals with the charactures?

All of the resorts have character dinners on certain days. Right now the HRH is not having them due to refurbishment of the main restaurant, but they will return. Reports have said that Confisco's at IOA now has a breakfast buffet on Fri, Sat and Sun which has characters there as well.
