Changing ressie day before check-in

Has anyone ever tried to change resorts the day before their check-in? Do they let you?

Sure, you can change resorts at any time - based on availability. Be aware though, that if the change would involve fewer points, the "extra" points would go into the Holding Account since you would be cancelling within 30 days of arrival.

You can change it, subject to availability. If your new reservation uses less points than the one you're currently holding, the leftover points will go into a Holding Account and be subjected to those restrictions.

If you are going to change it, it would be best to try it 31+ days before arriving to avoid the Holding Account.

Great! Thanks. We are headed to OKW on friday but if there is somewhere else for the entire stay, we might do that. So I think anything else we would switch to would be more pts anyway.
