Changing resort booked on bounce back question

Question... I booked a bb a couple weeks ago. 7 nights at POR. I will most likely be changing my reservation to POP. I have a TA and gave that info when booking and the CM said I'll have her (TA) handle any changes etc. If I do make the switch to POP will I do that through my TA or by calling the 407 number? Will my TA even have access to the bb availability? Thanks!

If you turned the reservation over to your TA then they will have to make any changes on your behalf. If you booked the BB yourself and didn't give it to your TA then you would have been able to make the changes yourself.

Thank you. That's what I was thinking since I gave my TA's info when booking. I did reach out to my TA and she confirmed this info and will be calling today about making the changes for me. She does not have direct access to BB availability but is going to be the one to sit on hold. YAY! LOL
