Changing reservation week?

We just booked a Mar trip at OKW last week only to discover DW has a prior commitment. We looked at calendar closely but this was not on it.
So my question is how hard is it to change that ressie to another week in that same month(barring that there is availability)?
Will MS give me a hard time or not?

MS will not give you a hard time. Call to check availibility. Of course the points that are already reserved probably will have to be used this year, depending on when your use year is. Good luck.

There is no problem changing your plans. Just remember, to think of everything in terms of "cancelling" and "booking" to determine if you have any problem with banking or end of year restrictions. Of course, availability is also the key to getting what you want. If you are 31 days or more from check-in, there is no penalty. 30 days or less, you can only make reservations 60 days before travel (holding account) and the points can no longer be banked.
