We are heading down in a couple weeks. My dad was originally supposed to go with us, but for health reasons couldn't make it. We saw they are offering a bounceback offer for next year. If I book a bounceback room and add my dad as a guest in my room and my wife does reserves a bounceback room and adds my mom to her room; and then later my parents decide they can't make it, is it easy to cancel my wife's room and then switch out my dad with my wife for my room? Has anyone actually done this before? Thanks!

That would work fine. As long as the lead person stays the same, you can add and delete other members of your party.

The pp is correct. Names can be changed as long as you aren't changing the lead guest.

Posted this on the BB thread and got no reply so I'll ask here. A few years ago we booked BB (been doing it since they started offering it). I booked one room in my name with DDIL, and one room in DH name with both DS. After a few months I changed the reservation and put me in with DH and one of DS in with DDIL. Did this with no problem. After reading the above it looks like I won' t be able to do this with BB this year. Am I reading this correctly?
