changing our trip...

We are postponing our trip for various reasons

1, Hurricane Katrina, I cant enjoy a vacation whilst people are suffering and homeless.in NOLA..

2, Weather - I cant face a cold vacation in WDW

3, timing, I am feeling stressed and not ready to enjoy a vacation in 3 months.

We have decided to go again in late April 06 - we have gone in April for past 3-4 years and always enjoyed the weather at the time.as the kids love swimming.....

Maybe it's for the best then. You'll have fun no matter when you go. Sounds like your just not ready right now. That's ok.

Your welcome! It's best to go when you have your heart into it. If that's not now, then it's ok to postpone it. Maybe you can do something else fun during the holidays. You can visit pumpkin patches, go to a Thanksgiving parade, and there's lots of fun things to do at Christmastime, if your into that. In fact, think of it this way, after all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, the fun wont be over--you'll still have your trip to look forward to!

My trip is next month and I'm planning on postponing it to the spring too (for different reasons). I feel your pain.
