changing hotels

we are going down for 12 days begining the day after Thanksgiving. The last two nights we were thinking of transferring from All Star Movies to the Boardwalk. Does anyone know how complicated it is to get luggage transferred from the hotel?

hi: we've done that a few times over the years. just let bell services know you are transferring to a different resort and they will take care of it for you. it may be a good idea to each have a carry-on bag or similar in case the luggage takes a bit longer to get to your new resort (like a bathing suit if you plan on using the pool). the last time we switched resorts was in 2000; we went from the bwv to wl. after lunch at le cellier, we went to the wl and our luggage was already there.

Thanks wdwnut! When we do check in at our new hotel, will our luggage be at the front desk or already in our room? Thanks! We're doing the hotel switch halfway through our trip too. Can't wait!
