Changing Flights Affect Magical Express

My DH & I will be flying Delta from LaGuardia Airport in NY & have to change flights in Memphis to get to Orlando. Does this affect how luggage is handled when we use Magical Express? How does this work?

Check at airport.
Airline will move from first flight to connecting flight like they do in all such situations.
Magical Express will transport your luggage from destination airport to resort room, like they do in all such situations.

That you have connecting domestic flights has zero effect on how your luggage will be processed.
