Changing dates of vacation and still getting % discount?

Dh heard a rumor that he may be placed on a project that would make our current vacation dates no longer workable. The 40% code that I got said the vacation needed to be booked by March 31st. My question is what if we need to change dates (he probably won't know for about a month)? Will they still honor the 40% discount as long as it is during another one of the promotion timeframes? Anyone had to do this?

That's a really good question!!!

Would you consider booking both sets of dates? Then cancelling one in a month when you know which set will work?

It would tie up 2 deposits instead of one. But as long as you cancel well before your trip, I can't see any other down side.

I could try but I don't think they would let me use the code twice?!

I think they will. I've read here of people using the code on 2 or 3 different times within the dates on the postcard.

They might not if the booking time for that particular promotion is over with.You can call and ask the cm what to do.
