Changing credit cards on dining reservations

This is a tricky one and not sure if anyone has the answer. I have made a couple of dining reservations using one credit card which obviously is linked to My Disney account. I have now added another credit card to my account and would prefer to have this credit card as the only credit card linked to My Disney account. If I cancel the other one which is currently linked to a couple of dining reservations will I lose those reservations or will the system be smart enough to transfer them to the new card.

The credit card is only there for a guarantee in case you miss your reservation. If you link the new card, I think the system would know to hit the new linked card, if you have removed the canceled card.
