Changing CC # Used to Guarentee ADRs

Unfortunately, due to fraud on my CC acct, the CC company assigned me a new credit card number. Of course this was the CC used to guarentee all of my ADRs.

Is there any way to change the CC # used to guarentee the ADRs without cancelling and rebooking (I have all the high profile ressies so I REALLY dont want to do this). Can a CM do this by calling in?

Your dining reservations will be fine. You do not have to do anything to them. The cc info is only if you do not cancel before the deadline and then don't show up at the restaurant. When a security breach occurs the cc companies and banks will send a card with a new number. However, as long as you didn't completely close the account the cc company or bank will still be able to link valid charges on the old card to the account. If you want to change your cc number you can do it on MDE.

Thanks for your response. I called CS and spoke to a CM this morning about it as well and she assured me that I wouldn't have any problems. I went ahead and changed the linked CC on my MDEx to the CC that we will be utilizing at check in for incidentals.

Thanks for posting this! I had the same thing happen to me... just got the new card in the mail today.
