Can you change the date on these tickets? My friend is scheduled to travel with us in June in these tickets. With all the virus concerns we may be rescheduling. How does one change these tickets? Will we still be able to do fast passes with them in advance?

You have to call Disney and get them to make the change for you. They will charge you the difference between the rate for the new date and the rate for the date you booked. If you would be getting a refund there will be no refund given.

Thank you. I think I lose the discount too.

What happens if they expire? They need to be used by December 30, 2020 I believe. I think I keep the value towards a new ticket?

Yes, you will get the value of that ticket to use towards any other ticket media. It will be the $ of that ticket at the time it was sold. One problem is that, to the best of my understanding, you can only do this ON SITE meaning you can't use it to make any FP. I've also read a few reports of people needing to do this (not using CDN tickets, just tickets that had expired) and they were asked to provide proof of the ticket because once the expiry date rolled around, the ticket no longer showed on their MDE account. Just keep a copy of whatever you have for this ticket -- email, voucher, copy of the email you got when you attached the ticket to your account -- in case you're asked to show something.

Thank you. The fast pass thing is a big issue
