So.. I booked our return flight thinking, since we don't have park tickets for that day, it would be better to just take an early flight and get home earlier. After having thought more about it.. It seems like we won't have much time to visit Disney Springs during the week and our return day would have been good for that given a late enough flight..
It's all my own fault.. I know. I should have considered it earlier and more thoroughly.
However, has anyone had any luck getting United to waive the fees when changing an award flight??
Also, when I look on the site and go through the motions to change the flight, just to see, the site has me being charged not only the $150 change fee($75 each) but also being charged for another $25k miles!
And, I know, no one here has a crystal ball.. but currently I'm looking at $135/person to just book new return flights.. Any thoughts on if we might score cheaper (Under 100/each) one way tickets out of MCO on a Thursday in early June?
Even Frontier is $120/person and that doesn't include carry on or checked bags.. :-/
