Changing a bounceback

When I was there in November I booked a bounce back offer for September. I had my choice of room only discount or free dining. I chose room only discount so we could stay deluxe club level. But now I am rethinking. we have family going and they are doing the dining plan. So we may want to plan more meals with them. Does anyone know if it's possible to switch from room only discount to free dining?

I know you can call and change dates within an expired BB period, but I do not think they will let you change offers. I would call and ask, but be sure you are speaking with someone who has the ability to access BBs. Most front line CMs cannot do it. Good luck, and if you could update with what you find out, it would be appreciated.
 
I think the BB has to be currently available and the FD one is not available anymore.

It doesn't have to still be available for new bookings. You can change dates within the BB period well after the offer has expired, but only certain CMs can see what dates are still available under the expired offer. To my knowledge, this has only been done for changes made within the same offer, not switching from one expired BB to a different expired BB.

Yes I know you can change dates and even resorts if there's availability. But not sure if you can actually switch offers. Wasn't sure if anyone would know. Thx!

You can add dining to it so I was told. But you can't change it to a new bounce back if you are not there. If you call try calling the number that was on the sheet of paper as the regular number CM don't know what you are talking
About and you waste time for them to find out. Good luck.
 
We successfully added 2 days to our BB we had booked in October. It was no issue at all to add to, but we already had FD as our BB package. Good Luck.
