Changes to the kids club?

I know we are only one cruise removed from the 5 plus having to be vaccinated now and that has coincided with the new covid flavor of the month, but has there been any change to how the kids clubs are operating, or word from any CM on how it WAS going to be changing, if at all?

I haven't heard rumor of any changes expected. The 3- and 4-yr-olds are still unvaccinated.

We aren’t changing anything onboard in the near future.

Do they keep the unvaxed younger kids seperate from the vaccinated kids?

Like what?
Separating the 3&4 yo from the other groups. Allowing larger groups of the vaccinated and there for more times to book. Not quarantining an entire group as a close contact but looking at vaccination status. Making groups by age ranges rather then arrival times.
Since the vaccination requirements changed I would expect a change in kids clubs policies.

I forgot that kids club goes down to age 3. Yeah I would think that they would want to keep them separated from the 5 and up.

With the wide range of age groups in the kids club this would be really nice. I'm not sure my 8 year old wants to play with 3-year-olds and fortunately, my oldest can go to Edge this year, but he could still go to the Club with his brother...I doubt he will, especially since he might be stuck with kids in a completely different developmental group than he is.

Grouping kids by age was originally one option that was discussed, but deemed too difficult as there might be a larger number of younger kids and only a few older kids (or opposite) at that time and then it just doesn’t work. Also a lot of complaints about siblings/friends etc not being able to be together. Therefore grouping by time is the best option.

Have there been any reports on how they're handling close contact exposures, now that the kids (at least the 5+ kids) are vaccinated? Are they following CDC guidelines (i.e., no quarantining for close contact if no symptoms, no positive test, and fully vaccinated)?

I'm guessing the answer is probably no but thought I'd ask just in case. Are the classic ships doing Friendship Rocks?
