Changes to a Ressie with a 40% PIN???

Does anyone know if I can change my package past today for my 40% off code (my pin code expires on 3/15). For instance, change resorts, add or reduce number of days?

Yes you can modify your current reservation up until the 45 day mark! I'm still trying to change the hotel I currently have, I added my mom last night to my ressie and double checked that I could still modify later. I've had two CM's tell me yes - you just cant book a new package with the 40% after the 15th!

IF they have the resort avab. on the dates you want...I just called to modify mine...it took 3 CM's to understand what it is I wanted to do. I just told them I had the ressies already with my code and I wanted to modify it, changing the resorts. I was for in May at the CSR and the CM had to go thru guest services to get my change...I upgraded to the BC. So yes, it can be done....good luck!

If you're looking to ADD a different resort & room to your existing vacation dates .. you may have needed to book that prior to 3/15 to get the discount. A quick call to CRO will confirm that. But I wouldn't make plans on getting that discount until confirmed from someone at CRO.

If you were looking to add those days at your existing resort.. assuming the availability is still there.. you should be fine.

I had originally hoped for 8/21-8/26 POP w/free dining and then 8/26-8/31 WL 40%off.

When I heard about the possible dates for free dining supposedly not starting until 8/26 (Too late for me), I wondered if I could add pop my to my current (40%off) ressies. I am still going to stay at WL. Does that make sense?

I called 3 times and was told that I can not change my hotel because the code was expired. I don't know if there is someone else I would need to speak to but they said if I switched hotels I would lose my 40%.

We have the 40% off discount also, and I called today also to add one day on our room. I was told that since the code expired that I couldn't add an additional day. I could add it at rack rate since they had availability but couldn't get it at the discounted rate.

I called 3x today and finally spoke with a supervisor. I was able to change both of my 40% reservations (one is a package and one is a room only). I was told that I couldn't change the reservations and that there was no availablity under the code (since it was expired) the first two times I called. The second time I got a very helpful supervisor that changed my dates to two weeks earlier! So keep trying- it took over 45 minutes to get it all straightened out!

Well I tried several times today and no luck. I was told because I am adding a completely different resort(POP), I could not do it. She did say she could change/add dates at the same (WL) resort. Good Luck to everyone else.
