When I first saw the show, Marion would slide down from the rooftop via a rope, hanging onto a triangle pulley. (I don't remember how Indy got down)
Several months later a friend (who was a DHS street performer) told me a stunt woman's hands had slipped from the pulley and she was taken to the hospital.
When I next saw the show, Marion slid one hand into a loop before grabbing the pulley.
A few years later, the rope and pulley were gone, and Marion and Indy jumped from the rooftop to the canopy, like they do now.
I also seem to recall that the plane used to enter from the left side rather than the right as it does now.
Anyone else recall these (or other) changes to the show?
