Changed to "Jersey Week"

We just decided to change our trip from Christmas to New Years to "Jersey Week" Mostly due to the impressive difference in price. We will be staying at ASMu from 11/4 - 11/13 This is my 1st stay in a "value" resort (last 2 stays were POr and POFQ I would appreciate any tips on hotel, weather, and crowd levels. I have only been to Disney over spring break (HUGE crowds) 4th of July (even more ridiculously crowded and HOT) and over summer vacation (HOT, HOT, HOT) ...and can anyone recommend a good guide book? The kids are 9 & 5

As for guides, Birnbaum's Guide To Walt Disney World is the best! But I always say, you can find all the info you need and more here on the DIS

I used the unofficial guide to WDW 2006 and the passporter for this trip. The first one I ever bought was Birnbaums, and I still have the one from 2004. I ended up getting Tour Guide Mike for this trip, there's some great info on his site too.
