Changed my MK day plans. Does this look good?

My thoughts for these plans:

There are 7 of us, 3 kids and 4 adults. All three days that we are going to MK are party days, so we will be leaving about 4pm and hopping over to Epcot for dinner. No afternoon breaks, no naps, my kids will be in bed by 7:30 and up by 6:30.

These plans are flexible, I just want to minimize walking in the morning and make sure that we know what is best to hit at RD vs later. Also want to minimize lines.

I had us doing Belle, Little Mermaid and meeting Ariel at RD on our first day, then realized I was insane. So I changed things up. Any other things we should change?

If our early FP+ are necessary, I will just switch things up on the fly.

MK Day 1 - Fantasyland
CRT breakfast 8am
Pooh
Barnstormer (I assume more than once)
Dumbo
Little Mermaid
Meet Ariel (only if kids insist)
Meet Rapunzel (FP 9:30-10:30)
Small World
Philharmagic
Peter Pan (FP 10:40-11:40)
LUNCH
Mine Train (FP 1:35-2:35)
Break in plans... Maybe Belle? Ride train? Whatever we can FP?
Get ice cream and have a seat for FoF parade
Leave for Epcot by 4

MK Day 2 - Frontier/Adventure
Breakfast at YC, RD hopefully
BTMR (I assume more than once) (FP 9:20-10:20)
Splash (I assume more than once)
Haunted Mansion
Carrousel
Peter Pan (FP 10:20-11:20)
Mine Train (FP 11:20-12:20)
BOG LUNCH (11:40)
Treehouse
Carpets
Tiki Room
Jungle Cruise (Try for FP after mine train)
Pirate Adventure Map thing
No real plans
Leave for Epcot by 4

MK Day 1 - Futureland
Crystal Palace breakfast 8am
Speedway
Orbiter
PeopleMover
Laughfloor
Buzz (More than once FP 9:40-10:40)
Tea Party
Mine Train (FP 10:40-11:40)
LUNCH
Anna and Elsa (1:10! for 6 of us... various FP times only overlap at 1:10)
No real plans... Try for FP for Tinkerbell or Talking Mickey and hit up both on way out of park
Leave for Epcot by 4

I think as long as you are laid back & don't have high expectations in the event that things may not go as planned, (for instance, on day 1, the time in between CRT breakfast and Rapunzel's FP might be a bit tight for all you are trying to fit in it) then its a fine plan to guide you. I believe it should work out for the most part. How exciting, its coming up fast!

On the first day, your timing in the morning may be tight. You may have to switch some things around on the fly.

I see some potential logistical problems for the second day, though. What time is your breakfast at the Yacht Club? Are you eating at Cape May or just getting counter service? Will you have your own car or will you be using disney transportation?

Be prepared for your kids to not be ready to go to bed by 7:30. Adrenalin is an amazing thing.

Yeah. I don't know if we will make RD the second day. We have a 7:30 for cape may. I am hoping to be out in under an hour and then to MK on the bus by 9:30.

The kids regular bed time is 6:30 and they will definitely be asleep by 7:30. They like their sleep and will ask to leave parties and such to go to bed.

I have never had a character breakfast take less than 75 minutes, but some people are luckier than we are.

If you are out of Cape May by 8:30, you'll arrive at MK around 9:10. By the time you get through bag check and get to BTMRR, it will probably be around 9:35. I don't think you'll be able to ride BTMRR or (especially) Splash Mountain twice and still make your Peter Pan fastpass. Even with just riding them once, you'll probably have to ditch the carrousel.

Also, go to splash mountain first if you manage to get there before 9:40. If you do BTMRR first, the line for Splash will be quite a bit longer.

Doing splash first is excellent advice. We would only do the mountains more than once if the kids insisted and then I would happily scrap things later.

Maybe we got lucky last time, but our breakfast buffets only ever took an hour at most. We always ask for the check early so that we don't have to wait at the end, maybe that is why? Or maybe we just eat super fast?

My goal is to be back by splash by 9:30, but obviously the buses not coming would mess that up.

As I said, all these plans are goals but we will be super flexible.

As a general question... Would rising splash and big thunder take 30 min each? Touring plans has it taking much less, especially thunder, even assming 10 min waits.

If you ride splash mountain first, no. By the time you get back there, you'll have a ~15 minute wait. The ride itself is 13 minutes. Then riding BTMRR with you fastpass will be about 15 minutes. If you switch them around, you'll add about 10 minutes to the Splash mountain line.

Thank you! We are going on a super low crowd day, so I am hoping for short waits and being done with the mountains by 10-10:30.
