Change to Uber/Lyft at DHS

Uber & Lyft are now using the charter bus loop at DHS, which means they are now entering thru the bus entrance rather than the automobile entrance. Whether that means they can now drop off earlier, I don't know. Hopefully someone can be a test case and report their experience.
