Not sure where to post. We booked through CRO saw today that we would rather have different seats on our flight...do we call CRO or the Airlines?

Not sure where to post. We booked through CRO saw today that we would rather have different seats on our flight...do we call CRO or the Airlines?

Typically, CRO is considered your travel agent and would have to be the ones to initiate change. That said, if you are able to see your seats online or have a confirmation number for your flight, give it a try online to change seats.
