Change in room availability of FT package

Disney must have released a bunch of rooms into the FT package at the GF, or someone must have cancelled. Yesterday I was looking for a gardenview room for my mother for August and all that was available was lagoonview or lodge concierge. I checked online and called CRO and asked DU- no gardenview available on the package (only available not discounted). Today I checked online and there are garden view AND lodge tower rooms showing as available on the package.



Anyway, just posting this to show that availability does change day to day, in case someone is waiting and hoping- keep checking!

A lot of people make reservations that they don't follow through on (they either decide against the trip or change resorts). I think the computer purges reservations that have not given a deposit a certain amount of days later at midnight. No matter what the situation, ftp or not, rooms almost always seem to become available at previously sold out resorts.

This happened to me sunday when I was pricing packages for myself (that I had been pricing for days but not getting what I wanted). Then I was pricing some for a friend and noticed that there was availability at places I hadn't seen before. Sure enough...they released more packages cause I found what I had been looking for.

This happened to me today too. I was looking for moderates on the Fairytale Package and for two weeks there has been nothing. Then all of a sudden today all three were available. So keep checking back!
