Here's a question that I could not find an answer to using search...
I'm trying to get 4 rooms for labor day, it's turning out to be harder than I thought, I guess because of the free dining promo.
Here's the question, say I book 4 moderate rooms with an AP rate and then decide that rack rate plus MYW and Dining is a better deal. It will obviously cost more, so I will be allowed to make the change, BUT.... will they just be able to make the change without cancelling the reservations, or will they have to find 4 more rooms, or will they have to release the 4 rooms and then hope that no one else grabs them while the TA is making "new reservations"?
