Change at 7 month window

Hello

We booked to stay at BWV at the 11 month window, now it has got to 7 months we have changed this to VWL. Do we get a cancellation notice for the BWV? We received confirmation of VWL today

I don't recall ever getting a written cancellation confirmation.

My advice is to call just to make sure evrything is as you expect. As long as you are calling you can ask for a "point status" update. I usually ask for that at the end of every call I make to MS - if MS & I don't agree, it's a lot easier to straighten out when I am not in a panic mode!

I have never received any kind of confirmation of cancellation either. Like Carol, I have a remaining point number in my head, and confirm that with MS at the end of my call.

I always write the "cancelation number" on the confirmation letter. That way if there is any questions later I have something.
