Change ADR's are not? What to do?

Ok so my parents decided this week to join our trip in Oct.
I already paid in full and made all our ADR'S well in advance.
Now when I spoke to CM from grand gatherings to book parents stay I asked her about my ADR's and what I should do.
QOUTE: I am only saying this once, so don't ask me to repeat cause I will not.
Just leave your ADR's as they are, are you going to Cindarella's Royal table or Vic & Alberts, no, ok then just leave eveything the way it is, go to your ADR's as planned and when you get there just tell them that there are noq 9 of you.
If you call to change or add them to your head count, they will cancel what you already have and you will end up loosing the reservation you have cause its too close to get whatever you really want at this point.
I was perfectly happy with this answer but my DD 19 said I should come on the Disboards and ask you all and see what you think we should do.

I have a similar situation with a ressie of mine but in the opposite way. The ressie was for 7 and there are only 3. I invited any DISers who wanted to join us, but no takers :-( So We'll just go with the flow.

I have a similiar situation, but the opposite. My party of 6 went to a party of 4 and I only have a week until the vacation! I'm just going to leave the ADRs as is and tell the hostess when I get there. I worked too hard to get these ADRs, getting up at early 90 days out, and there is no way i can get anything near what I have a week out. I'm hoping it will be fine.

Seriously though, I don't think it will be an issue. The OP may have to wait a bit longer, but I am sure this happens all the time.
