My uncle works for Disney and is treating my family to a day at DHS in late June. I'm thrilled since this was completely unexpected. Since it is going to be insanely busy I was just wondering what my chances of scoring FP once we get into the parks? Since we do not have tickets beforehand I can't schedule them right now....
I'm just curious...obviously I'm going to be thrilled just watching all the Star Wars things in the park.

Only Toy Story Midway Mania might be an issue to get a same-day FP at HS. I'd think you could get most anything else if you do it first thing in the morning.

You Uncle can book FPs for you using his MDE account where his Main Gate and Guest Passes can be linked.

If he will using some Comp Tickets, he can give you the ticket numbers and you can link them to your MDE account to book FPs 7 days in advance.

We were just there on Sunday and got in with a CM so we did not have any FP. We were able to get same day FP for ToT, Toy Story Mania, and could have gotten them for Star Tours. We didn't need it for Star Tours as the standby time was only a 15 minute wait in the morning, nor did we need it for ToT as we went around noon and the standby was only 20 minutes. However, when we picked up the Toy Story one, the CM who was at the kiosk told us we were very lucky as that hardly ever happens. And when we used it, the standby time was 130 minutes.
