Chance of multiple studios together?

I'm thinking of booking 5 studios standard view for next easter week at BWV. What's the possibliity I can get them all in the same general area? Add to that we'd really like at least one to be kinda close to the elevator for my 78 y.o mother and her 91 y.o. companion.


Anyone else booked for a group?

Any thing is possible , your best bet is to book right at the 11 month window if its your home resort if it isn't I think your chances are very slim to book 5 in a row standard views go fast good luck

I would guess your chances are not that good. It will depend very heavily on your dates/days.

Because DVC is versatile, members can get accommodations for any number of days with check-in any day of the week. Your 5 studios are going to require that your dates coincide exactly with 5 other members who have standard studios before you, and will be checking out the same day you want to check in so those specific types of units become available.

The chance that all this will happen with 5 other members also having studios very close to each other is probably slim.

I presume BWV is your home resort and you will be booking immediately at 11-months. If not, then the chance of even getting 5 standard view studios during Easter Week may be a problem.

I think your chance of getting the 5 studios are just as good as any other 5 people calling at the 11 month window. But for them to be all close to each other may not be as probable. When we book multiple rooms I request them to be near mine. But if it doesn't work out that way, I am just happy that we are all in the same resort.

You might get 5 standard studios at 11 months (maybe even 7 months if you are lucky), but to get them all close to each other on the day you arrive will be just the luck of the draw. I think it is a real long shot. You have to have five people checking out the same time you are checking in (and getting there very early to get them all).

Could you do 2 -2 bedrooms? That configuration would be easier to get together.
