Champagne or Chocolate and Liquor tasting?

Help! We have to decide by Tuesday! We have both booked but plan to do only one of these on the Fantasy. Any experts with experience, which would you chose? Difference in price is negligible so will not figure into the decision.

We did the Champagne tasting on the TA cruise in September and really enjoyed it!
We had an Italian Guest Sommlier onboard and he helped with the tasting, he was knowledgeable, but so was the woman who did the tasting.
I would do it again!

Both!!! LOL. I have done all of the tastings multiple times. However if I had to pick one I would go with the chocolate and liquor.
