I read the introduction to the infohere.

The questions now are:

PhotoCD
1. How much do they charge to transfer a 512 Mb Compact Flash card?
2. Do they do data verification (CF card vs the burned CD) before handing the CD to you?

Disney Photo Movie

Disney Photo Book

Zippity doo!

It's about $13 per 120 photos, so it depends on the number not the MB amount. The self serve ones let you do 2 discs at a time for a total of 240 pix. They are kodak picture CDs. Ask the CM to check the CD before you delete the card. And don't go if you're in a hurry. It takes a while, like 45 minutes self-serve.

Yikes! 45 minutes is just crazy long. Especially if that's before data verification. Maybe I should get one of those Apacer 200 CF to CD-R thingie. Those things only take 14 minutes (including data verification) for each 700 Mb disc.

$13 for 120 photos is not bad, considering my entire 512 Mb card can only fit around 120 photos anyway.
