Certain rides don't show up for FP+ on some days, do on others - anyone know why?

Hi! I'm trying to get a FP+ for Peter Pan's Flight for a specific day we are going to be at WDW. But it doesn't show up as an option for that day, even though it does for other of the days we will be there. Anyone know why that would be? (I thought if there were no more FP+s left for a ride on a day, it showed that, but this doesn't even show the ride.)

How many days out are you looking? Is this 60+ days out, or are you looking 2-3 weeks from now?

Three weeks out, and we actually had a FP+ for PPF that day, and then I got a message saying:

Alert My Plans Change There's been a change to your FastPass+ selection for Peter Pan's Flight on 03/06/2015. Visit My Plans for details.

And we no longer have a FP+ for that day. I don't know why - any ideas?

There's another thread about someone's Buzz FP being replaced by Jungle cruise around the same time period.

That happened to us today. Buzz was replaced with the Jungle Cruise. Luckily we're there another day so we swapped Haunted Mansion from another day to Buzz and swapped Jungle Cruise to Haunted Mansion. I thought the ride might be closed for maintenance or something like that.
