While I did not want to visit urgent care at Disney, they do have a good system in place. We called and got an appointment for DD and a ride on the shuttle. In 3 hours we rode there, waited, saw the dr, had the rx faxed to the delivery pharmacy, and rode back to POFQ. They even had car and booster seats.

DD had strep. We are still laying low but after the contagious period was over we ventured to Epcot for 4 hours yesterday afternoon.

So glad DD is feeling better! There is nothing worse than being sick at WDW!

They were a life saver for us back in 09! During our 2009 trip, my DS became very ill, with a high fever, faiting, etc...took him to CC and they took care of him well. Within a few hours, we had meds and the next day, at the park. It took him a few days to get back to at least 75%, but if we hadn't gone, our vacay would have been ruined. He had a nasty sinus infection/virus.!
