Cell phone help!!

I absolutly can not answer my voicemail.
I have a cellone phone.
When I call voicemail, I put my security code and my mailbox number. After that it tells me to leave a message, and if I do, I automaticaly get a message saying I have a new voicemail.
Anyone have a solution?

Call your provider and ask them.

What a carrier? Verizon you can go online and change it.

Read the handbook.

The provider is Cellone.

The Handbook has nothing on troubleshooting.
All it says is to go to messages and call voicemail
thats it.

Are you pressing * or # when you first hear your voicemail?

id call your provider with your home phone, that way they can run through the step-by-step for you.
