Cell phone/Cameras on water rides??

I am thinking about getting these Kwik Tek Dry Pak Alligator Wallet bags from Amazon for our tickets, phones & camera. Of course, i'll probably bring lots of zip-loc bags, but just thougt these might be a little more sturdier.

How big are the actual tickets and how often do you need to get them out?

The tickets are the same size as a credit card - you need them every time you enter one of the parks and everytime you get a fast pass from a machine
