Chef Chris is no longer available to speak with and I was wondering if anyone else here was gluten free and had a few ideas of where to eat. DD has celiac and doesn't eat much but I need to have a few ideas for her.

She said his position didn't exist anymore and he was working in tomorrowland:headache:

omg!

So she gave you no options to talk to someone about special dietary needs?

What has happened to Disney???? Ugh.

Nope...I'm pretty bummed. She said just to ask for the chef when we got there but we don't plan to do a lot of sit down restaurants so we'll see...

Todzwife: Just go to City Hall and request a printout of the Allergy food list for all the restaurants in DLR and make sure you use it when ordering. Doesn't matter if Chef Chris is available, any head cook or chef at any restaurant should be able to help like Chef Maria over at Pizza Port.Takes an extra 25minutes to get your food but worth the wait and not feeling bad for the rest of your trip! Good Luck and don't despair they'll take care of you.

FYI, you can simply ask at most restaurants for wheat free products. I know you can ask at Pizza Port and you can get specially made pizza and pasta. :)

There is a Celiac website that has a list of places to get GF foods at DLR. I think I posted it a while back and I'll see if I can find it again. :)

Thank you so much:hug:

You're very welcome. :) My DS has strict dietary needs also, so I know how much of a challenge it can be when you're away from home. It's not fun if they feel ill. I hope your DD does well with her diet there and that your family has a great time at DLR. :)
