I like steak tartare. It's perfectly safe as long as you use professionally ground muscle meat and not ground beef laced with pink slime from Wal*Mart. I would assume that a caterer that specializes in such an offering does it right.

I think Debbie is turning into one of those bad words that Arsenio called Aubrey!

I think Clay has every right to nitpick, micro-manage & oversee every tiny thing he wants to on HIS task. I think his downfall may be in allowing Debbie so much control over the musical choices. WHY was he allowing music he didn't even know?

I can't believe Adam's crew screwed up so much on the Magic Johnson footage. Hopefully it's a joke. Or maybe they shot a second shot with Magic facing the camera, too. Or some close ups of him facing forward.

I would hope that if Magic turned that way that MAYBE there was a second camera that he turned to face. I know if I had been Magic and they asked me to turn and NOT be facing a camera at all I'd be questioning it.

I thought Debbie was incredibly annoying tonight but going to defend her on the mural issue. Clay was being super annoying and picky.. Debbie's cousin doesn't have to do this and is doing it as a favor so now Clay wants to add more work for her to do?

If I were Debbie, I would have told my cousin not to do it anymore and then told Clay it was off.

I would prefer no mural over one in a style or motif that didn't fit my vision or one I didn't like. he's going to have to answer to Trump if it's an awful or wrong mural. What's he going to say? Debbie browbeat me into using it sight unseen? like that's going to roll with Trump?

Clay had said originally he didn't need the walls painted. After Aubrey kept pushing for it, Debbie came up with this solution. Not Clay. He probably would still have been fine if Aubrey just backed down and the walls were left bare. So it wouldn't be a big loss to him if the muralist didn't do the wall. whereas, it could be detrimental if she put up something inappropriate to what he wants to do.

So glad Clay and Arsenio are the final two! I though Aubrey would surely be one of the final two. Boy, she looked pissed!

I don't blame Clay for wanting to see a sketch. This is his gig and he has to answer for everything. If she can't do a quick sketch, then how is she going to do an entire mural in less than a day? I think a huge poster of the kids playing with the parachute would be better than a mural anyway. Keep the focus on the charity.

I don't agree with the statement that more people enjoy comedy more than music. I love music and could care less about comedy. There are not a lot of comedians I find truely funny.

Are the shows really that important? It seems like whoever has the most "friends" who will write the biggest checks will win.

Really? This would give her cousin national exposure and get her name out there & would increase her business. It can only be a win/win situation for her cousin. I dislike Debbie Gibson - she acts like such a spoiled child.

That's what I was thinking. She needs to have a sketch anyway, so why not just share it with Clay? I don't think that bare walls will look good, so if he doesn't go with the mural it might be too late to do something else.

I have to honestly say, when they announced the final 2 I wasn't interested anymore! I'll tune in forpart of next week to see the winner but I really don't care either way. I kinda miss Aubrey's tacky, annoying voice and mannerisms!

I guess they really knew what they were doing keeping her til the final 3!

I was really looking forward to Aubrey going all-out on the final task and allowing her creative freak-flag fly! It would have been either something completely wonderful or something so awful that it would have gone down in history as the worst final task ever.

...I think Clay was totally in the right to ask for a sketch of what the mural might look like. With a room that size a mural is going to a BIG part of the decor and dare I say a focal point so I can't fault him in making sure the CONTENT (which I'm sure is his main concern) is appropriate for the event.

The Magic Johnson footage, keep the footage up to the point where Magic turns from the camera and then use the audio and add graphics and/or footage from things/events related to the MJ Foundation. It might not be what they were envisioning but it's still salvageable.

Clay said once when he was PJ, that he is a very audio person. He cannot conceptualize things visually very well. He has to be able to SEE something in front of him first.

I am super-highly visual. I am also an artist. So, yes, I'd have to see a loose, rough sketch to see what direction, and the content and the style of the mural is before okaying it. I'd also want to be able to say, "No, the kids need to be bigger. . . the logo needs to be added here. . . WHAT??? No Smurf-like thingies. Trump hates Smurfs!"

You didn't hear Arsenio right. He said CERTAIN music appeals to CERTAIN people. So you have to hit all the right styles of music to appeal to everyone in the crowd. Whereas comedy is more universal as we have all pretty much had similar enough experiences to understand the comedy, and you choose comedy that is that broad.

I agree with that. I can't stand rap or hip-hop. Jazz tends to put me to sleep. I only like certain classical music or new age music and have to be in the mood for it. I love disco, and some pop music. I know kids who can't stand disco music as it was before their time, etc.

Man, I could've WRITTEN that!!

I thought I'd grow into Jazz...never happened. I worked at a hip hop AND a classical station... couldn't stand ANY of it, especially the artists!!

Debbie . . . What is the BIG DEAL about her cousin providing a sketch?! I don't blame Clay for not wanting it on his wall without one. The whole her cousin doing them a favor is crazy . . . her cousin will receive national exposure. I think they're doing her a favor! Also, very classy of Lisa to contribute her own money to Clay.

I don't know who will have the better show, but I'm pretty sure Arsenio will win. He's going to kill Clay with the monetary donations.

And I also think they want us to think Arsenio is killing the money aspect of it when they are probably just not showing us what Clay has down in that regard so far.

I think it would be different if he at least knew her work. I can give someone a great description of a mural but I can draw to save my life.

And like someone else said, if she can't do a sketch in 24 hours how is she going to paint a whole mural?

I assume she donated the same amount of money to Arsenio so they both get he same amount from her and it doesn't affect the overall balance. PLUS, she said she has already brought in $50,000 from her sources even before the Final 2 were picked as she was hoping she'd be one of them. She could have just privately saved all that money & donated directly to her charity as the checks were written out to her, but she gave it to Arsenio's cause.
