I don't blame Clay one bit for being as you say obnoxious about the painting. I wouldn't just take someone word on something so important

But I am sure he wouldn't mind if Debbie had a $100k donation to contribute. My point of him being obnoxious was that her cousin makes a living doing this and not by "using pencils and colored pencils" as he now says was his concern. He needs to trust that his team will actually do what is needed and not sabotage his efforts because as celebrities that still have to make a living after this is all over.

It has nothing to do with a donation. It has everything to so with making sure he mural fits in with his VISION of what his project and his charity is about. Maybe you aren't a very visual person to understand that concept? I've read that even Michelangelo had problems with the people at the Sistine Chapel wanting input on what they wanted or included on THEIR ceiling. (Whether he Michelangelo listened is another thing.) Why should Debbie Gibson's cousin, Miss No Name, have more consideration that Michelangelo?
