New team of 'Celebrity Apprentice' rivals unveiled.

NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump is welcoming Gary Busey, Meat Loaf and La Toya Jackson among the rivals to be his latest "Celebrity Apprentice."

The contenders, who were announced by Trump on Friday, also include rock singer Mark McGrath, one-time teen idol David Cassidy and Richard Hatch, remembered as the fat, naked guy on the first season of "Survivor." Hatch has had lengthy legal wrangling with the Internal Revenue Service over unpaid taxes and could still be facing jail time.

Actress Marlee Matlin, singer Dionne Warwick and retired Major Leaguer Jose Canseco will also be among those competing.

Rounding out the 16 players are: TV personality Star Jones, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes, soap actress Lisa Rinna, supermodel Niki Taylor, rapper Lil Jon, country singer John Rich and model Hope Dworaczyk.

Each hopes to raise money for a favorite charity.

Wow, I actually know who most of those people are. I'll watch, as annoying as I find that show. But then, I watch a lot of annoying shows...seems like a requirement at this point.

I didn't think The Donald was doing any more Celeb Apprentices. The way they had talked about the economy before the non-celeb one, I thought CA was over. Glad to see it's back. I didn't even watch this last non-celeb one. It had no glitz to me.

This does look like an interesting cast this time. On Celebrity Rehab, Gary Busey was diagnose to not have a "edit button," for a lack of a better word. He sometimes is without impulse control. Like, when he was on the carpet for the Emmys a couple years ago, right before his stint on Celebrity Rehab, he saw Jennifer Garner, rushed right over to her, grabbed her and gave her a kiss. She didn't even know who he was, and she was shocked & flustered.

I really can't imagine Dionne Warwick getting dirty. She's too much of a diva to me. I can see Dionne and Star Jones might get into a slap fest!

I'm a total sucker for this show..while I prefer the seasons that are regular people, the celebrity ones are fun. I wish "Richard Hatch" was the actor tho, and not the Survivor loon...I see Gary Busey and him battling form the start.
I bet Meat Loaf and Marlee Matlin do well.

I saw an interview with Trump. He says there are a lot of clashes between stars. Star Jones & NeNe Leakes get into a big one. Also LaToya & Dionne have one.

According to Celebrity Rehab, Dr. Drew did some brain scans on Gary Busey, who had a motorcycle accident decades ago, while not wearing a helmet. He found that Gary is missing some part of the brain that would normally filter inappropriate actions and tell Gary not to do certain things. In the previews that Trump shows, Gary really goes crazy and even scares some if the men on the show.

Meatloaf turns out to be scary, too.

Should be an interesting season.

NeNe is a correspondent at one of my local stations and we know first hand what a MESS she can be. Trump said this morning she make Amorosa look soft and cuddly! I hear she lets Starr HAVE IT!
