Can you get a "celebration pin" onboard the Dream like you can on WDW property?

Yes, I know I have seen happy birthday, celebrating, and first cruise pins.

Yes, you can pick them up at Guest Services. They also have "I lost a tooth" with the Cheshire Cat

We had Birthday and Anniversary pins

They have them. They also have a "Just Graduated" pin as well.
