Oh my gosh your husband is so romantic it actually brought a tear to my eyes! I love that floral arrangement, its beautiful!!!! I'm sorry he had such a hard time with Arribas Brothers but at least they made up for it. The Cinderella and Prince Charming sound so cute.

I never knew that there was a crystal Mickey in every arrangement. Very cool...now all I have to do is find a guy to send some to me.

Another great update as usual, can't wait to hear about your dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table!

The shuttle launch pictures are SO cool! How neat to actually see that from your balcony! I've never had Chef Mickey's for dinner, only breakfast but my kids would be ALL over the ravioli for sure. The flowers dh got you are beautiful, lucky girl!

It was the second day of our Anniversary Weekend and it was our actual 1-year Anniversary! We slept in as late as we could!

So is that what you kids call it these days!

The pictures of the CR are amazing and it has cemented our decision to what resort to stay at next trip!!! Your husband is so romantic! What a 1st Anniversary!

So any thought to future little mouseketeers.

My DD and I have had no desire to stay at the Contemporary, but as soon as we saw what a great hotel it is through your awesome pics, we are definitley pulling for it in 2010 (we are already planning our 2009 trip at Wilderness Lodge or Animal Kingdom Lodge )

We spend our 1 year anniversary at WDW too. What a great way to celebrate. How cool was it that you got to see the Shuttle launch from your balcony! I can't wait to hear more.

wow you really did have a ton of magical touches to your weekend how awesome to watch the shuttle launch!!!! and the water pageant i just love i think the contemporary can be very romantic esp with the water pagent and we always went to the top of the contemporary at night to look over magic kingdom after it closes i just think its so peaceful and romantic and you get to look over the water and the lights UGH i just cant wait to go!!!! and i never been to chef mickeys for dinner but i am def gonna add it to the list!!! breakfast is awesome there but never made it for dinner!! and i must say Dh is a sweetheart!!!!!!!!!!!!! no matter what kind of trouble he went through it was def worth it because now you got another gift out of the deal and the flowers were just gorgeous!!!!! I just cant believe how many magical touches you have had!!!! i cant wait to hear about cinderellas table!!!!!

What a wonderful way to spend your anniversary. I'm thinking that if I eventually make it to WDW, The Contemporary might be the hotel for me. I love the pictures of your room! Very modern but comfortable at the same time. Plus, having Chef Mickey's so close is definitely a bonus!

i am so glad that you had such wonderful surprises on your 1st anniversary!! i abosoltly LOVE that vase. ~gotta have dh call you at work next year so i can get one~(lol). dinner at Chef Mickey's looked fun and the ravioli looks sooo yummy!!! have to go back there for dinner again, sometime. well i can't wait to hear about CRT.

I am so glad my Trippie has made you love the Contemporary! I just love it there and I recommend it for everyone! It's such a great deal there for price and location compared to other deluxe resorts.

Our little mouseketeer is just Jax right now! He is enough of a handful for me!

I know most people seem to feel that way about the Contemporary and I never have. I am glad I am converting people to love and appreciate the Contemporary as much as I do! It is an original and has always been a special place to me! I think for our next stay, we may have to stay at AKL. I just love it there too!

We've got more Magic to come! We got to enjoy the fireworks at the top of the Contemporary on our last night, as you will soon read. I went to the California Grill last October with my Mom and we got to see them then too. We just loved it! You would just live Chef Mickey's! It's my fav place and you can't beat the Mickey food!

All of the rooms are like that at the Contemporary now. I know they were upgraded, but that hasn't been too recently. I just love the look of the rooms now!

Yeah, it's my favorite vase! I just love it and have it displayed on my table when you walk in our front door under our wedding photo. Make sure your DH gives me a call!
