My DH and 2 boys (6 and 3 yr olds) are having Nana and Grandpa over for Easter: egg hunt and brunch. The original plan was Sunday morning (Catholic - attending Easter Vigil on Sat night), but there are predicting 70% chance of thunderstorms and really, really want to do the hunt out-of-doors.
So, I thinking of moving the festivities to Saturday morning instead. Will it be too confusing to the kids or anybody else? should I really care LOL. Haven't broached it yet with the in-laws.
On the bright side, it might allow the kids to differentiate the 'holy' day from the 'holiday' of Easter.
What'cha think?
