celebrating birthday for boy

need some help! i am taking my nephew to disney (his first time) and he will turn 17 while we are there! i want to do something special and cool for him. any ideas? the best cakes?

There are some great places to celebrate a teen boys bday. My oldest would have chosen a good steak place. Shula or Yachtsman are two great choices. Tons of fun places too if that is more his style. Maybe rainforest of dino cafe, or sci-fi drive in.

California Grill, Jiko, Narcoosees are grown-up places that teens love. Or Boma.

My DS16's absolute FAVORITE place is Cape May Café (dinner). We eat there twice every trip.

He also recommends "Yachtsman or Shula's".

He has also enjoyed renting Waverunners with his dad at the Contemporary Marina.

Fork and screen- if you don't have that type thing near you, renting mice, parasailing, boardwalk one night, splittsville, Disney quest, sci fi is always fun, cape may for crab legs, wagon ride at ft wilderness to watch the fireworks, going up at dusk in the balloon, La Nouba is a hit for my boys (16,18)...these are all things they like.

My DS18 has done the Richard Petty ride along 2x-1 stock , 1 exotic and got the photo and video, both done for birthdays and he's got those pics on the plaques on his wall. Always says he wants to go again!
